By opting-in to the OKC Broadway Auto Renew Program, you agree to the following terms & conditions. 

  1. You agree to the OKC Broadway Season Ticket Terms & Conditions. 

  2. Your OKC Broadway Season Subscription will automatically renew year after year, until you cancel. 

  3. You can cancel your Auto Renew Subscription at any time without penalty. If you cancel prior to the season announcement, you will not be automatically charged but you will have the option to renew manually at your discretion, once the season is announced via your online account or over the phone. 

  4. You have 30 days from the date your card is charged for your first payment to request a full refund for the newly announced season. 

  5. Advanced notice regarding the first day of renewal will be emailed to you at least 7 days in advance. An email confirmation will be sent once payment has been processed. Please ensure the card you add has an expiration date after October 31, 2024.

  6. When the season is announced, you will automatically be enrolled in a 4 payment plan, unless you are a President's Club member. There are no fees and no penalty for paying off your payment plan early. The amount you paid to enroll will be deducted from your first payment. President's Club members will be charged the full renewal amount.

  7. You will be notified at least 7 days in advance with the amount of your first payment and the date you will be charged. 

  8. You may cancel your Auto Renew Plan at any time and/or request a full season refund within 30 days of your first charge by calling 877-737-2929 or emailing seasontickets@okcbroadway.com.
