ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCES

The main entrance is accessible via ramps on the NE and SE corners of the Civic Center Music Hall. The accessible door is located on the NE end of the main entrance.

Elevators are located on the south end of the atrium lobby and the north end of the main lobby, and service most levels of the main theatre. Stairs are required for Upper Orchestra and most Balcony level seating.

SEATING LOCATIONS

Accessible seating is available in the Thelma Gaylord Performing Arts Theatre for patrons not able to transfer out of wheelchairs or who have vision or hearing needs. Tickets for accessible seating are available online, in person, or by phone.

The Civic Center box office is open Monday-Friday, 10am-5pm. The phone number is (405) 594-8300. If you're interested in Accessible Season Tickets, please call the Season Ticket Office at info@okcbroadway.com.

RESTROOMS

Accessible restrooms are located on both the north and south sides of every level of the Thelma Gaylord lobby. The women’s restroom is located directly in the center of the lobby, under Upper Orchestra seating.

ASSISTED LISTENING DEVICES

The Civic Center Music Hall is equipped with an induction loop assistive listening system for all performances in the Thelma Gaylord Theatre. Patrons may either set their personal hearing devices to telecoil (t-coil) mode or check out a receiver and headphones. Receivers are distributed free-of-charge on a first-come, first-served basis from the Reception Desk located immediately to the left when entering through the main entrance on the east side of the building. You can pick up receivers beginning one hour prior to performances.

If you are unsure about the compatibility of your own hearing device, please inquire with your audiologist.

ASL INTERPRETATION/CAPTIONING

A sign language interpreter and closed captioning can be made available upon request. Please make requests at least 14 business days in advance. Email accessibility@okcccf.com with your request.

Additionally, select performances are available on the GalaPro closed captioning app. Learn more on the Civic Center's website.

SERVICE ANIMALS

The Civic Center allows service animals wherever people are allowed, unless the animal poses a direct threat to the health and safety of others, creates a fundamental alteration (such as interfering with the performance or patron experience), is not housebroken, or is not under the control of the handler, as determined by Civic Center management. A service animal is defined as a dog that is trained to perform a task for the benefit of an individual with a special need. Under limited circumstances, a miniature horse may be permitted as a service animal. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, therapy animals, and pets are not permitted. For questions regarding ADA definitions and requirements, please visit www.ada.gov.

BOOSTER SEATS

A limited number of booster seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis at the Patron Services desk located in SE corner of the main lobby.
