ONLINE EXCHANGES

1. Select 'My Account' from the top navigation menu. Login using your email or account number and password.

2. After logging into your account, select 'My Events'.

3. Select 'Select Event' for the show in which you'd like to exchange tickets.

4. Next, select 'Exchange'.

5. Next, select the the individual tickets you'd like to exchange and click 'Continue'.

4. Next, select the event you wish to exchange into by clicking 'Select Event'.

5. Select your new seats from the seat map and select 'Checkout.' The next two windows will confirm your exchange and indicate additional charges. Once the transaction is complete, you will be able to download your tickets from your mobile device.
